He brings over 12 years of leadership experience from global organizations including AT&T and Amazon, where he specialized in learning and development, operational excellence, risk management, quality assurance, and data-driven decision-making. His leadership has supported complex care delivery programs across diverse functions, including sales, billing, and technical support.

Gene holds a Master of Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, where he was recognized as a Dean’s Lister, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from San Juan de Dios Educational Foundation, graduating among the top of his class with multiple distinctions for leadership and academic excellence.
